Dr. (Ms) Parneet

Dr (Ms) Parneet is a Counselling Psychologist. Presently working at Welham Boys’ School, Dehradun, she has been in the education sector since 2011. She has worked previously at The Punjab Public School, Nabha. Extremely passionate about teaching and practicing psychology, she strongly believes and promotes the ideology that no two humans are alike and their individuality should be respected. Her strong belief that there is immense hidden potential in each one of us has enabled her to bring out the best in young learners. Her areas of expertise include adolescent and social psychology. Her active and dynamic involvement with students on issues aimed at their holistic development brought her and the schools huge success. Her par excellence organizing skills have made the institutions see some of the finest events organized. She is fond of reading, writing, and observing human behaviour. An animal lover at heart, she has a strong penchant for learning new words and correct spellings. She writes for various blogs and publications in her leisure time. Her regular attendance and participation in several conferences and workshops help her stay abreast with evolving trends in education. With community service close to her heart, she strongly promotes the philosophy in teenagers to give it back to the society. She was instrumental in adopting a Govt School in Jail premises and renovating it with better facilities for underprivileged students. She has been awarded “Best Teacher of the Year”, “Global Teacher Award” and has been recognized on several other platforms. A strong advocate for importance of humor and wit in life, she believes in living life to the fullest and wishes to spread smiles around. She aspires to learn everyday. Lila Kutty

Lila Kutty is a teacher by profession and has taught in five top schools viz: Loreto convent and La Martiniere Lucknow,Mount St Mary’s,St Columba’s and Delhi Public School all three in New Delhi.Lila was a state level champion swimmer in her schooldays and was also chosen to be trained for Nationals.Lila was good at elocution and dramatics and has put up plays and held elocution contests at intersection and interschool level.Lila now runs a homestay called Santila in Kasauli Himachal Pradesh and has now realised that she is truly cut out for hospitality as she enjoys interacting with her guests.

Rachna Tandon

Rachna Tandon, born n brought up in the hills has been living in kasauli for generations. She has completed her master’s in business economics and has worked in delhi for a brief bit and then moved to the hills . She runs three boutique heritage homestays in kasauli n loves to host. She is fond of travelling .

Deepa Sethi

Deepa Raghavan Sethi is the Associate Director of the Delhi Public World Foundation. She is an alumnus of Women’s Christian College, Madras and is an educationist with over four decades of experience. She did her post – graduation in English from the Banaras Hindu University subsequent to which she joined the teaching fraternity. Deepa spent most of her teaching years with the Delhi Public Schools from where she eventually retired as the Vice Principal of Delhi Public School, R. K. Puram, New Delhi. Presently settled in Dagshai, she along with her husband, Dr. Anand Sethi has been actively involved in the conservation and preservation some well – known and little known aspects of the history of the quaint Dagshai Cantonment.
